To achieve a stunning real wood floor requires good quality
materials and skilled fitting. Our fitters are trained to
give you the confidence of a professional service. We are,
of course, fully insured.
 We know about the importance of moisture content – both
in the site and in the materials. Where we have doubts we
will undertake tests to minimise any possibility of excessive
movement in your new floor. Underfloor heating has become
very popular and Treework were one of the first companies
to install wood floors over underfloor
heating. We have our own kiln and can dry the wood to the
levels recommended for this situation.
As part of our comprehensive service Treework will undertake
associated works such as preparation of the base, adjusting
doors, dealing with skirting and forming matwells and hearth
surrounds.
We can offer specialist finishing such as staining or distressing.
Treework will take responsibility for the supply and installation
of your floor.
