Treework have always had a strong ecological polcy and only source timber from sustainable sources.
The FSC certification is now internationally recognised as the main scheme ensuring woodlands are managed on a sustainable basis.
Treework are working in conjunction with some timber producing estates to be able to supply home grown Oak & Ash with FSC certification. We have already taken two trial loads. We are in the process of achieving 'chain of custody' which will enable us to offer processed timber such as flooring or other machined sections with full FSC certification.
